Had to spend an extra night in DC after my late flight out of Reagan (DCA) was canceled, and this was a good option for an airport hotel. The hotel is clean, the room was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The free shuttle to the airport the next morning (at 4:30am) took only ten minutes to get to departures, so I was there in plenty of time for my 6:00am flight. Make sure you sign up for the shuttle you need the night before, though. Also, be aware that the hotel is not right next to nor adjacent to the Crystal City metro stop, which I had seen in online advertising; the hotel is a block away from the metro on street level (NOT the sketchy underground tunnel).

Because my late flight was canceled, the kitchen was already closed by the time I got there. Although they have snacks available for purchase in the lobby, I wish there had been something more tangible available at the bar. Also, they didn't tell us until the shuttle showed up in the morning that it can only take ten people at a time to the airport, so that is why you want to make sure you sign up the night before.
