"It was a restful time in a Great Location."

I like the location of my room quiet amd away from noise. I also like the friendliness of the staff members. They were really helpful and nice.

The Carpet needs updating… Too old and the hall way and room had a bit of an unpleasant odour… This needs to be addressed asap.An Hotel of this Standard should have an inviting Smell.

There is so much good food within walking distance. The shopping mall is an easy 15-minute walk. And of course there's the proximity to the airport ... AND the Metro station. The beds are very comfortable.

We were given a room between a large group that were obviously traveling together, and having very loud, very unnecessary conversations in the hallway. Although this is a problem that plagues all hotels, I wasn't expecting it here. We had to turn the fan on high and use our own noise cancellation device just to get to sleep. It was that bad.

"Amazing hospitality "
