The pool was amazing, the beds were comfortable, the views were incredible. Staff was friendly if you could find them.

The pluming wasn't that great. Tub wasn't draining, toilet had a very slow flush. If you went to buy something weather it be 3p.m. 11 p.m. or 6a.m. no staff is to be seen. I had to yell just to return my room key, even after the staff could clearly hear my kids and us talking as they got quieter with their conversation in the back. I can't imagine how much food and drinks have already been stolen due to no one being upfront. The breakfast was absolutely disappointing. There's a huge kitchen for nothing to be cooked, prepped or made. The option was cereal or waffles. We were told when we paid $80 for 1 night that the restaurant would be open for breakfasts not realizing it was just going to be cereal. Could do A LOT BETTER!!! BETTER COMMUNICATION If you have these places in your hotel they should be open to your customers like the bar, restaurant, arcade, the waterfall should be going and the hot tub. There were Mexicans singing and playing guitar all night keeping everyone awake as well. Definitely needs improvement I would have paid 50 for the hotel not 80, especially after all the unknown problems.

The pool temp was ok but not really warm and it was a kiddie pool attached not a hot tub wish it had a hot tub... but it was out of order. There was only one dryer in the whole place that worked had to get a refund on the dryer

No hay desayuno como antes , muy deteriorado aunque pintaron pero no resanaron así que luse feo la bañera muy sucia , bastante olor a cigarros mucha basura en los andadores exteriores y cómo que se hospedan los homeless porque hay mucha pero mucha basura afuera de los cuartos ,no se que les ocurrió porque yo me hospede por varios meses hace 2 años y todo era bueno en desayuno lo mejor pero todo se terminó no vuelvo ni de broma .

I didn’t get breakfast but the location was kind of nice.

There was an old man who was being weird with my girlfriend and I, she is 17 and I am 18. He was also being weird with my little brother (16) and his girlfriend (17), he was trying to get us into his hotel.

There was never any breakfast, the location felt mildly methy.

There were linens left on the halls the entire time I was there, the lights in my room didn't work until I personally found the power strip under the bed to be disconnected. The breakfast was never served, the restaurant was never open. There were roaches in the room, the shower wasn't clean until I cleaned it.
