"Had bed bugs in multiple rooms, left immediately. Staff refused to refund money."

We arrived in the evening. Booked two rooms. Got to the rooms, and the people staying next to us told us they found bed bugs and they were leaving immediately. We checked both our rooms and found roaches and other bugs, alive and dead. We also left immediately. We have pictures and videos and showed the staff and they denied it and started an argument with us and refused to refund my money.

The beds were amazing and the front desk girl, especially the one that was there until 1pm or so, was great. Had everything we needed and more Nice laundry facility

The staff was accommodating

I had the worst experience here. There were a couple of bugs on the bathroom sink and killed then. Didn’t think anything of it until about 5 hours later at 11:00pm. I woke up to bugs crawling on me and my girlfriend. We jumped up ran out of the room and got a different room. Had to move all of our stuff

Everything was great, especially the staff and the breakfast.

My wife and I were really excited to swim in the pool but the water temperature was way to fold to enjoy the pool.
