Clarion Inn

Not one thing.

The staff were rude and very unprofessional. The hotel was dirty. We will never return to this establishment. We booked two rooms with check in at 3, 1 of our rooms wasn’t ready we were not able to get into the 2nd room until after 6. The room was still dirty and had an ugly smell. We were told that housekeeping already cleaned the room and will not return. We couldn’t get another room because we were told they were fully booked. Beings it was graduation weekend everything everywhere else in Ft Collin was booked. It was the most horrible experience ever. There was a dead roach on the baseboard. The curtains were dirty.

The staff was friendly enough at check in.

It looked like there was an effort to update the room but there were paint splatters along the walls. There was a couch in the room that was dirty and looked like something someone had left on their sidewalk hoping someone would take it away. It was situated in a way that blocked most of the a/c. The bathtub had a broken piece of plastic in it and flecks of dirt around the drain leading me to wonder if it had been cleaned from the previous guest. The TV didn't work. There was no hair dryer. The curtains didn't completely close. The walkways to the rooms are in serious need of repair and painting. Overall it was not a comfortable experience.

The place is beautiful and the staff are very nice and accommodating.

Couldn't stay longer because we had other obligations.

The staff was kind and very helpful. They went above and beyond for something I thought was going to be a big deal. Turns out with the right people helping you resolve an issue it doesn't have to be a big deal. They're in a league of their own when it comes to customer service and for the price! You can't do any better.
