This property is dated in strange with the pool inside and window room rooms around it

This place was gross and run down. I was afraid to take off my shoes.

Dated, run down a bit

Called and the person said there was a hot tub but there is no jacuzzi and the pool was cold. The room smelled terrible like hay and pee. Shower was pretty gross as well. The arboretum part is super cool but the restaurant and bar inside are not open. Seems like the hotel could do so much more to make the place a better stay.

We had such an amazing time, we are coming back each year on our anniversary

NOTHING AT ALL! Its absolutely gross! I've never had to write a review but this place is bad!

Property is dirty, hallways, sidewalks, stairs are dirty!We asked for another room cause our stunk like cigarettes not to mention the almost 2 inch gap under the front door that I told the front desk girl about and got a look like Oh well and was told no, none available and no refunds! We had taken our things with us thank God and went out for the evening and came back to try to get through the night, turned on the lights, pulled the curtains back, there was blood on them. My daughter started screaming that there were bugs all over the bathroom just as I saw them all over the night stand... cockroaches were coming out everywhere, all over the desk and everything. We grabbed our things and ran out of there straight to the front desk and told the 2 girls there that I wanted my money back and we were treated like we crap. No apologies.. nothing! There's homeless people all over outside and living there! It's disgusting that they rent this place out to people and put them in these situations.

It was nice that they were able to accommodate me after my reservation with another hotel was not honored

It was the worst place i ever had to stay. There were a bunch of people that outside by the main entrance smoking buts the hall and the room were really out dated and not clean. I was scared to get in the elevator and it was filthy. They didn't come to clean my room i had to go to the desk to get towels brought up. Very bad experience.

Gift bags upon check-in. Nice fridge & TV.

The room needed cleaned for multiple night stay - clean towels, more coffee, & shampoo/conditioner. The room needed a trash can. There were dirty sheets laying outside rooms on ground.
