Century Park Hotel

Horrible old hotel. Was accommodated there by my airline after a cancelled flight. Was certainly a beautiful hotel 40 years ago, but since then totally run down. Depressing atmosphere in the lobby area. I stayed there two hours in their so called luxury rooms (best category). Horrible smell in the room and noise outside. Booked a different hotel then (lyf hotel close by, a really super hotel) and moved there on my own expenses after midnight. Avoid this hotel by all means.

A spacious room and bathroom. I didn't book the breakfast so I can't comment on it. The staff were friendly enough although they didn't appear to want to interact with their clients that much. The rooms were quite and quite well sound-proofed.

The rooms need updating, I felt like I'd stepped back in time. It could almost be classed as a boutique hotel. Not what I expected. The prices were high and not at all comparable with the local area. My key card kept failing meaning I had to go get it reactivated. The security box was very small. The hightly rate is too expensive for a dated and fading hotel.

We asked to say on the 17th floor only because it is a better outfitted room rooms, lower than that were antiquated and not comfortable at all but you pay more for a upscale room with nice nicer, toilet bath, etc.

Over the breakfast and dinner area is a five star of the hotel. Our great is a three star unless you get one of the upgraded room.

Toilet, smells not good

Too cold in the room even the AC is off. The towels are changed daily which is not eco-friendly for me.

Check in waiting time was too long for almost an hour and no chairs to sit. Queen bed in the booking was not given and only twin bed. Bad experience.
