Century Park Hotel

Excellent hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms, with nice views. Staff were plenty and all of them so efficient and helpful. I was there for a conference at the PICC which is quite close. I will surely stay there again. And again.

The bed

Awful hotel, you are treated as if you're going to run away without paying. They don't let you put food and laundry to the room tab in case you run away without paying, you have to pay every single thing you order on the spot. They even give you a "clearance" card to present to security when you check out. Never been in a hotel with such a policy on 15 years, and I've been in seriously dangerous and bad places. The hotel is outdated, stuffy, smelly. The laundry is returned to you smelling of kitchen (probably sitting in the kitchen after it was washed). The hot water coming from the shower smells of chlorine. Really strong smell. Food is just disgusting. I had to stay here for work, otherwise I would have never chosen to stay here.

Room was spotless. They accomodated my request for no comforter & provided 4 topsheets due to sensitive skin. My only request was to provide more rolls of toilet paper. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices to suit different palates.

During my stay, the hotel staff delivered outstanding service, going above and beyond to meet my needs and make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I was especially impressed by the hotel's cleanliness and tidiness.

An unexpected layover in Manila turned into a pleasant surprise. The airline-selected hotel, something I never allow, turned into a wonderful surprise. Expecting a discount establishment, this hotel was clean and welcoming, classy, spacious and open, offering plentiful amenities and good food. My room was perfect, and the service was exceptional—every staff member was polite and professional. Despite being on a business trip, I took advantage of the hotel's amenities, particularly the pool. The pool area was fantastic—very family-friendly and enjoyable. My favorite feature was the lap pool, which provided a great opportunity for exercise after many hours of travel. I spent my time working so I didn't explore the neighborhood at all. Arriving via shuttle at 1:00 AM, I only know the hotel is about 4 miles from the airport. Though I didn't pay, research suggests reasonable rates. Enjoy the pictures!

In General everything was as expected as have stayed at hotel in past many years ago. Breakfast buffet was very good and waiters attentative.
