The cook didn’t show up so breakfast was canceled. The clerk at the front desk was very professional, but appeared to be the only employee in the entire hotel, because truly anyone could set out milk, juice, cereal boxes, muffins, bread, etc. The manager was not there. It appeared nobody was there but this poor clerk at the front desk. I had booked this hotel specifically because it included breakfast and that was going to be so convenient for group — 2 adults, 3 kids, 2 rooms. So that was frustrating. Otherwise, the hotel was fine — dated and showing some age but clean.

Great staff. Food in the restaurant was a great. We were able to check in early since our room was already available, although when we came down for breakfast we found out that their cook didn't show up so no breakfast. It happens, we did ask if we can get something from their store instead in lieu of the missing breakfast and they agreed.

The restaurant was busy for the evening meal and thus slow. The Restaurant was not open for breakfast. The bar hostess Sandra was very apologetic and accommodating.

We booked rooms for my niece's wedding in June at this Holiday Inn. Upon arrival we were checked in and I informed them that my two grandson s would check in later that evening. I had 3 rooms booked for the weekend. When my grandsons checked in they were given the wrong room by mistake (someone else was already in the room. Lucky for them it was their aunt and uncle!!!!) I was upset about the mistake and relieved that my grandsons were not harmed in anyway. I spoke with management about getting a credit for one night but I have not heard from them. I have been ghosted. All in all, the rooms were clean, had a beautiful view of the mountains, had a wonderful time at my niece's wedding.

Wonderful greeting & departure! Clean, with all the amenities.

Very pretty & updated room. Staff have been great! My only complaints are the ice machine on my floor was out but they were working on it. No safe in our room. But the area seems to be "safe." Yes I would stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay. It was very comfortable.
