Our room was not clean. And the panel door for the furnace system was literally hanging off. I had to prop it up with the ironing board to make it stay somewhat covered. The indoor pool was very not sanitary and my 9 year old did not even feel comfortable getting in it. The bathtub/shower had what appeared to be pubic hair stuck on the walls and bathtub floor and the door to the bathroom had a brown substance on it that i am afraid to even know what it was. The parking was horrendous and i had to make a parking spot in the grass. And then walk a very far distance with my 5 and 9 year old to even get to the hotel doors. Where I was never offered any help with my bags or anything. Our sliding door glass wasn’t secured into the frame of the window either, allow for outside air to get in and noise. I did my best to latch in the glass but couldn’t get them all secure. For the amount of money I paid to stay there, i could’ve stayed somewhere much cleaner and more accommodating. I will not be returning or recommending this place.

The room was clean and spacious (bathroom is a little tight). Check in was quick and efficient.

The pillows were worn out and very flat. Restaurant lacked options.

The staff was friendly and room was clean.

The indoor pool and hot tub were really dirty. The hotel was massive and hard to navigate.

The marvellous staff at this hotel earned this review with their incredible friendly, polite and generous attitudes. I stayed in two high-end and very expensive Nashville hotels before my surprise stay at the Sheraton (a last minute cancelled flight back to England) and the level of service offered at this hotel surpassed that of my previous stays. Despite the negative circumstances of my stay I ended up enjoying my two days there and can only offer huge thanks to the lovely team that make this hotel special. In particular I note Sam, Ladonna, Michael at the bar and the breakfast staff. I should also mention the food was very, very nice!

The main elevator was being "fixed" all weekend long so we had to use the stairs to go up 4 stories each time we wanted to go to our room. The parking costs $22 a day and on the Friday that we arrived, the hotel was overcrowded so there was nowhere to park our vehicle, and they still charged me $22 to park even though I wasn't able to.
