The room was large! Very comfy. Clean the staff was wonderful!

It’s a large place. Pretty long way to get to your room. But will definitely stay again. Had to pay extra for breakfast and it was like $20 a person. Most place have complimentary breakfast.

Room was good.

Even though I booked a room for four people, the staff would only give us vouchers for two of us to eat breakfast. It was stated as included in the price when I booked the hotel. As a mom of two competitive dancers, this was very frustrating. I talked to the staff about it and they were very rude.

Location

No hot water anywhere. Showers/sinks/public areas and our room. All ice cold water.

My 12 yo son ordered the seared tuna at the restaurant; but he ordered it raw. The waiter said, let me see if we can do it like. He went a placed the order with Chef Randy and told him “by the way it’s a 12 year old kid that ordered it”. Chef Randy said “I gotta meet this kid”. He made him feel like he was royalty. The tuna was fresh, melted in you mouth but that’s what you expect from something you get served raw. The above and beyond part was chef Randy coming out and introducing himself today my son saying noting that he has good taste in fish ….. and did that every time he ordered it. Over the 4 days we were there I noted that was a normal cadence for Randy. He took the time to reach out and connect with the customers; not something you expect from a hotel chef. Dudes A+.

They put us in a room that was right next to the associates hall/corridors. There was banging, door slamming against the wall, carts rolling at all hours, so sleep was not good. They should use this room as a last resort. And I’ve never stayed somewhere where your only option is to pay to park in their parking lot because there’s nowhere else to park. I think next time we will be finding somewhere else to stay. Just overall not good. When pulling it looks nice, after getting to our room realizing it in fact was not. Our balcony view was the roof and you also hear airplanes nonstop. Some of our other business partners stated they could not hear the airplanes at all from their rooms.

Let’s start with Jack in valet he is phenomenal always ready to help rain , cold or sunshine Jack is available! The staff Sam is always amazing! Thanks for your efficient service and welcoming charm when I visit! Marty in the Members Lounge is always attentive and i appreciate that! The security is high strung and night auditor attitude is horrible. So avoid the night auditor and security at all cost they can ruin your trip/experience. The night auditor loves to say No to everything and she always sounds like she doesn’t want to be bothered
