Nice restaurant and common area

My room must have been pet friendly at one time and there was remnants of dog poop on rug and it had the smell of wet dog. My only comment would be that there was loud party of guest at two am in morning. I went to get rest and was awaken in middle of night

The beds were very comfortable and I loved the clean, crisp sheets/linens.

Paying $17 per night to park is offensive. FOR THAT ALONE, I’d be inclined to stay elsewhere. Also, your front desk staff could use a little tutorial on what it means to be welcoming. Flat personalities going through the motions to get you checked in.

The Hotel and location were great

I paid extra for a King bedroom and breakfast on the 5th floor lounge, we were told the lounge was closed! So we ordered room service, which was in take out boxes! @ $75.00. The bar/restaurant didn't open until 5pm!
