Red Roof Inn Pensacola Fairgrounds

The staff where very friendly and nice to talk with. But the noise in the building was terrible. On the weekend people where fighting, and that was very disturbing for me. The facility is clean, but very used. The microwave in my room was rusted and needs to be replace. If you are only staying a day or so it is convenient.

We were seeking shelter from Milton. It hit herd in the Tampa area where we live. Staff was very nice and accommodation was adequate.

This Red Roof Inn is extremely dirty. The room we stayed in had dirt and dust everywhere. The carpets smelled like mold and cigarettes. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I don’t recommend staying at this location.

No maid service performed the entire stay! Had to go down to the desk EVERYDAY to ask for clean towels and soaps! The advertisements claim breakfast is included yet THERE IS ZERO BREAKFAST! OFFERED AT ALL! Advertisements claim pool available another lie! There is actually a pool but its closed down! None of the lamps had any lightbulbs in them. Not one! Only lighting was an overly bright hospital style light along the upper edge of the wall. Worst stay I've ever had and I travel a lot!

The stay was average. The hotel room was older and not upkept. The room was musty and poorly maintained. It was mostly clean and the cleaning staff did a good job at replacing towels and linens. The staff was always available and responsive. The condition of the building is not a reflection of the staff. The staff was great.
