Red Roof Inn Pensacola Fairgrounds

The rooms was dirty and smelly. Staff was rude. They add at I surcharged for the room and didn’t honor the rate I was presented. No microwave or working tv.

I should have known better when I pulled up and there was only three cars in the parking lot on a Saturday night there were some very loud thugs outside talking and when I checked into the room it stunk it smelled so bad the sheets even were dirty there were bed bugs and when I open the light in the bathroom there were roaches I went to the front desk to try to get my money back and nobody was at the front desk I rang the bell about 10 times and finally I left take my money I don't care the property is in shambles it stinks it's 30 the air conditioner was so loud you couldn't even hear other people talk

Our stay was ok but the bathroom floor was very slippery and our room smelled strongly like mold. Host were very friendly. For the price of our stay, the hotel could definitely use some updates.

I didn’t stay. Canceled due to unacceptable rooms. The counter woman was very embarrassed and did her best to help us. It was just too much.

Tried 3 rooms during attempt to check in. First room had occupants in it!! The occupancy files showed vacant but we walked in on occupants. Second room had not been cleaned yet despite showing available - cockroach included in bathroom !! Third room had mold dripping from picture. We left and didn’t stay night. Asked for refund. I have not received it yet as hotel says Booking.com needs to provide it. I can’t get them to answer!

I like the fact that the area the hotel is located in is decent. There are several businesses that surround the hotel like for example, restaurants, gas stations, a nearby neighborhood Walmart, nearby shopping areas, etc

I didn't like the fact that one of the front desk representatives gave me an unprofessional attitude when I asked to speak to a manager about an issue with my stay. However, management was later on notified and was fully aware of the issue AND the unprofessionalism behavior from the front desk clerk. Also, there were dogs barking in the hotel late nights/early mornings waking people up. Dogs feces outside on the ground in walking areas. Last but certainly not least, there was a strong aroma of marijuana lingering down the hallways of the 2nd floor where I was placed in a room. This whole entire week of stay at this hotel facility was a disaster.
