Concord Plaza Hotel

Staff was SO friendly and helpful. Lobby area is beautiful and welcoming.

Our bathroom had plumbing issues the entire time in our room, and our tv didn’t work :/

Deposit needs to be refunded still.

The location was good and staff at reception were good the beds were comfy.

The breakfast was very poor what was there was not replenished when you asked staff they were not very helpful and the man was just rude did not even greet guests very poor service the rooms were not serviced unless you asked so you had to keep going to reception to collect stuff you needed as they did not send stuff upto you.

sehr ruhiges und von der Atmosphäre ein sehr gutes Hotel. Zum entspannen und erholen.

The breakfast was a big disappointment. Cockroches in room and ac did not function well.

Room was hot, smelly (it was supposed to be nonsmoking but smelled of cigarettes), cheaply repaired/renovated (there was old exposed plumbing/holes in the wall, for example), didn’t have hot water (only lukewarm after letting the water run for an extended period of time), old dingy towels, AC unit was extremely loud while running
