Hotel Murano

Nice property overall, but horrible room experience.

Room was not secure, door lock was broken, no phone, iron or ironing board was in the room.

Clean room. Comfortable beds. Good downtown location.

He hotel was beautiful inside. The staff was helpful.

Room was clean and view of Mt. Rainer excellent.

Service at bar and Bite (in house restaurant) horrible

We loved the view, the artwork throughout the hotel, the restaurant and the location. I'm really picky with shampoo and conditioner but their body wash shampoo, conditioner and lotion was amazing.

We didn't love that. There was construction right above us every morning first thing in the morning. None of the trash cans in the room had garbage bags.

Beautiful, comfortable, well situated, lots of thoughtful touches. Some fancy hotels are actually quite cheap and nickel and dime you for things that come standard at the dingiest budget hotel, Hotel Murano was a wonderful departure from that. Beautiful views, good on-site eating, comfy robe in the room, amazingly comfy bed. Absolutely adding them to my arsenal, will stay again.

When I checked in, the front desk gentleman warned me that my room was next to the elevator - I assumed he was warning me about high foot traffic. The issue, as it turns out, is that the elevator makes very loud clanging in the neighboring rooms whenever it runs, which given that it’s a 25+ story building, is basically constantly.
