The rooms are clean and comfortable.

This is more for people traveling with pets: There seems to be miscommunication between staff members about the pet policies. When we checked in, we were told we had to pay a pet fee. I showed the receptionist our booking that said the fee is waved, and although not unfriendly, she refused to let us check in without paying it and said we had to take it up with booking.com. The next morning I asked the reception staff if there was anywhere we could have breakfast with our dog, maybe an outside area or something and I was told no, but I could sit inside as long as he doesn’t go anywhere near the food. When we arrived to breakfast, the restaurant manager stopped us and said we couldn’t sit anywhere with our dog. I told him the receptionist said we could and he said it will make the other guests angry. So we had to have breakfast in shifts because obviously we couldn’t leave him in the room. I understand not wanting pets in the restaurant area, but it would be nice if all the staff gave the same information. It would be even nicer if a pet friendly hotel had a pet friendly dining area.

Comfortable well located place with pleasant helpful staff. Well run shuttle service.

Der Service im Restaurant war gut, wirklich ausdauernd, immer wieder nachgefragt und für gute Stimmung gesorgt.

Am Empfang wären wir beinahe weggeschickt worden, obwohl ich ein Zimmer reserviert hatte. Die Dame hat sich nicht gut ausgekannt. Zum Glück konnte eine Kollegin das Problem lösen.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean. We were able to park our car here while we were gone a week to the Caribbean for $50.

The location is perfectly close to the airport however its not really near much else.

I've stayed at this location multiple times for business. The outside and inside of the hotel are well maintained. The rooms, bed linens, and towels are all well maintained. Breakfast buffet is always great, plenty to eat. The fitness center has a variety of equipment.

Thank you to the wonderful staff at the Sheraton we had a great stay got a good night's sleep and it was quiet and comfortable. Thank you for the gentleman that checked us in and the really nice shuttle men. We received a complimentary breakfast and it was hot and delicious. You all made our stay memorable and thank you. 😊
