Excellent reception on arrival. Very spacious and comfortable room. very enjoyable dinner in an very nice bar/restaurant

The rooms had old fixtures (shower/sink). The air system was old and NOISEY. The night Manager on Oct 17 was unfriendly, unhelpful, and barely civil. We won't stay there again.

As a longtime loyal Marriott customer, I have never been more disappointed in a property than I am with this one. I make it a point to try and stay only at Marriott properties. I do this because I know I can always count on their consistency. They are always clean , safe and have great customer service. I don’t always stay at their top-tier properties and I do not expect a budget property to have the same amenities that a higher end property would have. However, this property is sorely in need of a refresh, cleaning and update. From the chipped , cracked and broken furniture in the room, to the lights that do not work and the noisy shower head, this room was a huge disappointment. Have you ever walked into a hotel room and felt like the carpet was dirty and you did not want to walk on it? This is how I felt walking into this hotel room. There are also no modern conveniences like USB ports in the room . The outside of the hotel is worse. The plants are dead, and the lights are filled with bugs . The furniture in the lobby is old and scratched. I think you get the picture. I had limited experience with the front desk however, my check-in was quick and very pleasant. I opted to check out after one night of my two night stay. I am not asking for fancy however this hotel did not represent the Marriott that I have come to know and love in any way shape or form. The biggest letdown was that this was my last trip with this company as I will be retiring. I always look forward to my trips and staying at a nice Marriott property whether it was a Fairfield Inn or a W. It didn’t matter, I was always pleased and always could not wait for my trip to a Marriott hotel.
