Property was not as pictured. We literally booked it only to sleep in between 15 hours of driving. Shower did not drain so was standing in water up to our ankles. Air conditioner rattled the entire room nonstop. Carpet is mismatched where they pieced it together in the hallways and was noticeably coming up. We checked in at 4 am and left at 9 am. Staff was nice but of all the rooms they could have put us in we were overlooking the roof of the adjacent building

What a wonderful stay!! From the time I checked in.. Devin who ABSOLUTELY AWESOME . The restaurant staff in the hotel were very attentive. I will DEFINITELY stay here the next time I visit New Orleans!! The only CON is that the food in the club land was covered with gnats that were flying around. They need to cover the food in the club lounge. It was nasty. I did notify Mr. Willard at the front desk about the issue. I showed him a video.
