"To avoid until they change the reception desk staff"

The hotel is what it is old, but not bad. The problem is the reception desk personnel. Not even a hello at check in. They clearly hate their guests and are ready to do everything to make their stay miserable like not returning the laundry the following day while it is clear they had it.

Tub-shower knob was broken. Drain stopper didn’t work either. Moisture vent is old and did not work well. The conditioner container was empty. When room was cleaned we did not get bath clothes. Ice machine was out of ice. I stayed there a year ago. Disappointed.
