The Park Hotel at Meadowlands

From the time I checked until the time I left the staff was amazing and I appreciate that. Clean room if I needed anything responded quickly to me. Gave great recommendations. Just amazing 11/10 will be coming back ..

Decent hotel that has nothing around it. You have to Uber everywhere. Good bar staff. Nice staff in general.

Room took 2.5 days to be cleaned, didn’t have soap, then ran out of shampoo. Waited an hour for the shuttle than we were told it was already full and I should have booked earlier. Loud toilet when flushing so no flushing during the night so I didn’t wake up my kids. Requested to speak to manager on two occasions they were never there but when asked if they would call when I got in, they never attempted to reach out.

I did like they had an public microwave but it was old and took 6 minutes to warm up some French toast

Location was great for us attending a game at medlife stadium however our room could have been cleaner. There were what looked like blood stains on our carpet and the bathroom wasnt the cleanest. Over all was ok but for the price it was not worth the money. We had a city view room.

Would definitely stay here again! Staff very nice and friendly! Rooms clean and better than what i expected!

The location and shuttle to the MetLife stadium

Our rooms had been cancelled on our arrival, the hotel reception staff said these had been cancelled by booking.com although I had no notification of this. The reception staff then said she could reinstate our rooms at a slightly increased cost. So I am unsure of if booking.com cancelled our rooms or the hotel. We were travelling as a group of 5, with a 4 year old child and two older guests one needing a wheelchair so as you can imagine being told this was very disappointing and causes anxiety. The rooms were very comfortable but very dusty, the whole hotel is in need of a renovation and has no option for food at breakfast only a Starbucks. The food at the bar was good and tasty but limited choice and no bar service after the gig had finished, very disappointing again. The hotel was amazing for location, but unfortunately nothing else.
