Convenient spot for a one-night stay if you’re going to a game at MetLife. The staff was pleasant and transportation to the stadium was fine. Rooms could use some updating, and we were disappointed that the shuttle to the Mall wasn’t running at 6pm as advertised. Parking also ended up costing double what was listed on the website. Overall, an okay stay but definitely room for improvement.

The property is located in close proximity for my reasons of travel. The staff was pleasant, kind, and well attentive. Even with a convention going on, it was quiet and peaceful. The TVs can be upgraded for better tv experience but other than that, everything was great. Will still give it a 10/10 for relaxing and watching TV was not the main focus!

Clean room . Comfortable bed Tub didn’t drain as I was taking a shower. Staff came in 3 hours before check out to try and clean the room and not sure if they are doing construction on site but heard loud drilling.

"A lot of property management issues."

Stain on the carpt. Room temp difficult to control. Bathroom faucet handle not installed well. Bathtub drains very slowly. Shower soap dispenser broken, the other one empty. Very poor exterior lighting around hotel. Didn't see any directional signage to main entrance. GPS address took me to back delivery entrance.

Fronts desk was so nice and accommodating! He was bilingual too! The elevator were not a problem and easy to get to my floor. The room I had was a king sofa bedroom and it had high ceilings with a blue and white new york wallpaper on the wall and the view was beautiful, looking directly at the American Dream Mall. Great stay and will come back again in the future!

I had a great stay at this hotel. It was quiet and away from the bustle of the city. The gentleman who checked me in at the front desk was exceptionally kind and accommodating. I stayed on business and I have traveled from time to time for over 30 years. This is one of the best bargains for the money and everything about the stay was excellent.

The woman’s restroom in the main lobby is in need of repairs - toilets do not flush and sink dispensers are broken. Additionally, we had very low water pressure in our shower, king corner suite - city view, 19th floor. Staff were very nice - made stay more enjoyable.
