It was slow and our kids enjoyed the water slide without being crowded

My wife had an issue with rude attitude from the front desk our first morning there. Her room key was not working and front desk girl was annoyed that it wasn’t working. Wife had to ask multiple times to please reprogram key.

The location was good if we stayed in Oro Valley.

The TV didn't work properly our entire stay. The room was very basic. There weren't even any hooks to hang our towels. We could hear other gets through the room walls. Little kids were running up and down the hallway and banging on our door. Your entire lobby smelled like manure. It smelled so bad, and I had to hold my breath when walking through it. The only good thing about your property is your pool. Otherwise, a complete disappointment and not even close to being worth what I paid. I will make sure to tell family and friends to stay at any other resort than yours.

The shower knob was broke. To the shower so we had to struggle to turn the water on . The restroom faucet was leaking and it looked Ike mold on the wall . Also we tried to order room service at 530 pm and was told no because they was no time to put in the order

The facilities are great. Very convenient for what we were doing there. Would stay again. We used the fitness center and it was more than adequate. Staff was great.

The whole place just needs a little updating and attention. It’s close to that point where you could get disappointed.

Krystal at Epazote was amazing!!!! She was kind, warm, and provided great service and food! Thank you, Krystal! Restaurant was fantastic and we actually ate two nights in a row!

My wife and son and I stayed 3 nights at this hotel this past month, and found the hotel to be quite average. The room was OK, but felt dated and the carpet felt very dirty underfoot, and while the bathroom appeared to be updated, nothing in the room felt like it was updated. The pool was a fun place to spend time in the afternoons, but while claiming it was warmed to 83 degrees, it did not feel anywhere near that warm. When I asked about the pool temp, a staff member mentioned that the heater had been broken but was recently repaired, so it should take sometime to get back to the normal temp. The hot tub was very dirty, but at least very hot and enjoyable. The staff were friendly that we interacted with, but I probably wouldn't stay here again if in the area.
