Hotel in general is dirty, carpet is disgusting dissapointed by the employee service at the restaurant on the second floor, breakfast buffet is expensive for its quality There was an error by the time I checked in and It was impossible to get a reimbersment with the ladies at the front desk. Cleaning ladies are not very kind
