Friendly staff and room is spacious.

The room was offered with breakfast which was a great option. Bed was clean and very comfortable.

The pool was too cold for the season. We chose to be there to enjoy the pool, if the weather is bad to be outdoors.

The front desk is amazing. All the staff is really in tune to all the guests different needs. They have a pool and a fitness center here. They both close at 10. They have a really great bar that also closes at 10 Rooms are beautiful spacious, and I was just informed that they will be redoing them starting next week or so

Hotel was beautiful! Beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

Breakfast included would have been nice also there were many children running around late into the night. Many were playing hide and go seek and almost ran into us when we were heading to our room. It seemed like a large group of children with no adult supervision.

Location was ok for my needs during this trip. Breakfast was good, although a bit repetitive as the buffet was the same thing every day. Good water pressure. The staff were good. Professional and pleasant.

The value for what you get is not in balance. The hotel wants to charge for water if you're not one of their elite members. Hot water never really gets hot, just the upper edge of warm. No kettle in the room (there is a Keurig style coffee maker instead). The room is large, but drab and feels like an old Motel 6 room from the '80s.

I rarely leave reviews, but this one takes the cake. Multiple Hilton phone customer service representatives lied repeatedly and attempted to delay, obfuscate, and mislead. Specifically, as a member, we had a free night available with a reservation being made. But, Hilton wouldn’t honor the free night unless the other nights surrounding were charged at a higher than advertised rate— classic bait and switch. So we told customer service to cancel the reservation. Mind you this was many months before the date of stay. Guess what: Hilton did not actually cancel the reservation. So when we get a reminder about the upcoming stay for the supposedly canceled reservation, customer service was again contacted to remedy the situation. But, instead, they threatened with many hundreds of dollars of cancellation fees. And, each time the issue was explained to one representative, they tried to transfer to another representative resulting in over an hour on the phone. Ultimately the last rep said that no fees would be charged and hung up on us abruptly. So. After that we get an email saying the fees will in fact be charged. I never thought that Hilton would employ scammers for customer service, but here we are. I’m never staying with Hilton again. 👎
