"Excellent location for the daily rate"

Great room service and help from front desk staff. I will definitely book a room, the same location in the future. I needed some help to charge my cell phone while I was in the swimming pool and the front desk team helped me out with my cell phone and the charger.

6.4 is too high a rating. 2 story hotel no elevator. 1st room smelled hooribke had to get a different room. Little to nothing available for included breakfast. Very sketchy tenant and hanger outers.

"You get what you pay for. Loved the Kentucky Derby blinds. Heated pool was nice"

Dated for sure, the breakfast was a choice of 2 cereals, 1 flavor muffin or a waffle, fruit was apples, the water was lukewarm at best and the room was dirty, blanket thin and pillows small. For 1 night it was ok, I don't recommend for long stays.

"Hotels.com is a scam"

I couldn’t stay there. They had water dripping from the ceiling and a lot of other issues. I tried to get my money back from hotels.com you wouldn’t give it back. I ended up going to another hotel. I never even sat on the bed. This is very upsetting since we had storms in my area and had to go somewhere. I feel I was taken advantage of by hotels.com and the hotel. I am a cancer patient and couldn’t breathe there.

didn't like anything guy working called me 3 times to come to the front desk to check in tried to get me to use my debit card after the room was already paid for

nothing about this place it was hot in the lobby got called 3 times to the front desk to check in after checking in online tried to get me to use my debit card again beds were very uncomfortable the breakfast was very minimum barley had anything
