Stayed for a World Cup game. Staff was most welcoming - front desk, bellman, Security Agent all were super friendly, welcoming and helpful!

Large rooms are the about the only thing going for this hotel. The entrance is lackluster (Almost scary), the breakfast dismissal, and the bathroom size makes it a challenge to shower. Very over priced. Location to downtown was walkable. Staff was helpful but seemed distracted from doing their job of providing great customer service.

Ideal location with a gated entrance as well as a gated entrance for the car park . It is an old hotel but it is so clean and well looked after . I am fussy when it comes to hotels so I have to say this one was perfect for location , cleanliness and the staff were so lovely .

Nothing everything was good .

The hotel is a few blocks away from Centennial Park, making it easier to access ride shares during peak times. Parking is "self serve" with a few spots against a wall and a few spots behind a gate. There is limited parking, but we were able to get a spot without a problem. The front desk representative was not helpful with the check-in process (early check-in), even though I had called to verify several days prior to our arrival. You can check in through your email and will receive an update when your room is ready. The hallway of the floor smelled musty, but the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast attendants kept the breakfast area clean and filled.

The staff the evening staff. The man from Jamaica was outstanding and needs a raise!!!! I think his name is Najer?

I have stayed here several times on business and this was the first time I have been disappointed in the housekeeping and overall cleanliness of the room. Used glasses and coffee cups were left where I last set them. Had to rinse my own cup to use the next morning. Hard surfaces were not wiped down. The tub was not rinsed after spraying of some kind of cleaner. Careful that first step is a slippery one!
