I request a receipt, 1 staff said when I will be leaving to come. When the time arrive the y told me it will be by email. Until today I received NO RECEIPT - That's for everything out there - NO SERVICE.

I request a receipt and I still DID NOT RECEIVED ONE. NO ASSISTANCE! No one to direct to the parking or at the door when you arrived. Very scaring at night if you are by yourself. STAFF PROVIDED DIFFERENT ANSWERS ALL TIME. The Phone in my Room was not working. Unable to reach the reception. I request it fixed and it has never be done until the end of my stay.

Great staff. Good location. Good value for price.

My sister and I stayed 3 nights at this hotel and found what you'd expect at a budget hotel. We selected this hotel because of its central location and because it had rooms with a handicap accessible (roll-in) shower. The shower itself was nice enough, but the bathroom was from the 80's. It was dimly lit and the only area on which to store your toiletries was a 6" x 14" shelf. With every flush there was a ding dong chime (for some reason unknown to us). The ceiling was fiberous tile suspended from a metal frame. The wall covering was textured plastic. Our room was spacious with a sitting area, but very dated and in need of renovation. The ceiling was textured, and everything looked very old. The AC was noisy. The lighting was poor even when every light was turned on. As is often the case with handicap accessible rooms, the location was not great. We heard every footfall on the treadmill in the exercise room next door. The housekeeping staff did not get around to cleaning our room until nearly 3 pm on both days that we were out doing activities, which was inconvenient as we sat in the lobby until the room was cleaned. The breakfast that was included had some good points (decent coffee, good fruit) and some bad (hard dry eggs and biscuits). On-site parking was convenient and reasonably priced ($35 per day). Reception staff were sometimes helpful and sometimes seemed disinterested.

Hallways smelled musty, sick while staying.

Room was clean, lobby and bar were great looking.

Just the driveway was awkward.
