The room was luxurious but for the price definitely not

Staff said they would upgrade us as we booked last minute and spent $800 for the night due to another host letting us down. The staff didnt upgrade us to a better room and when I wanted to get something from my vehicle I waited almost over 30min and ended up asking the person looking after the parking myself to get mt keys.

Bed was comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast. I thought the food was really poor. The bacon was dry and I just thought overall it was below that of comparable hotels such as the hilton and other hotels I have stayed at in the cbd which offer Breakfast. I would not add Breakfast on again. I also thought $800 for my room was steep considering what it was compared to other rooms I have stayed at of similar quality.

The room itself was clean and comfortable with good amenities. House keeping staff were great. Reception staff not so much.

Thin walls. We were woken up by music from the roo next door. Check in felt incredibly rushed. No explanation of where to find the facilities, what time check out was. We were already made to wait an hour before checking in.
