L’hàbitacio que ens varen donar donava a una coberta amb una màquina que feia molt de soroll. Cert que a la nit no estava en funcionament, però de bon matí, molt d’hora, es va posar en funcionament i va ser impossible seguir descansant.

Convenient location for the event we were attending and very nice hotel in general internally

For the price I paid for the room the hotel shouldn’t be charging for parking and they shouldn’t charge more than the nearby shopping centre car park only 1 minute further away.

It is an impressive hotel which is in a prime location and staff are exceptional. They were very helpful and accommodating. The room was beautiful and well equipped with essential things we'd need. Parking was available at a cost of £50 for two nights at the back of the hotel. Reasonable considering we'd pay more elsewhere. We didn't need to use the car as most things were within walking distance. I highly recommend the bakery on the corner in the high street for their fresh pasties and delicious doughnuts!! (Coffee they have is good too! )

Everything is payment by card only. We believe in keeping cash in the monetary system. Due to what I guess is just poor timing, our room was directly above a prom disco party which shook the floor of our room, so you can imagine how we were "enjoying" the entertainment freely until midnight hours. There's a distinct lack of cool air conditioning throughout the hotel. This was especially noted by ourselves and through talking to others staying. It was between 25-30° heat weather forecast.

Air con kept getting cut off like it was on a timer. Walls were thin, woken up by next door talking in the night.
