Leonardo Hotel Cardiff

emplacement idéal pour visiter Cardiff.

Location is great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Junior suite room size was very spacious. It was super hot and the aircon worked. Good coffee machine in room. Comfy bed.

Room decor was tired despite attempts at modernisation- nice lighting ,fabrics, bathroom fittings, etc. BUT the floor squeaked, worn carpet, there was a lot of noise from above, drainage in bathroom sink and shower was very slow. Outside the window was grotty roof

i stayed there twice in 10 days both times it exceeded my expectation and and over all i am satisfied and would love to stay if i ever go to Cardiff.

Rooms are a little old need a make over i think

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung. Es bräuchte einen Auffrischung, ist aber ok. Lage ist gut.

The staff were lovely and welcoming, particularly Joanna at reception. The hotel was comfortable, our room. Was a bit dark, due to the neighbouring buildings, but not an issue for our one night stay. Great location, we did not have an issue with noise.

Good breakfast if a little on the cool side (but to be expected with a buffet). Room was remarkably quiet for a city centre hotel. The location is excellent and the staff were great.

The main desk in the room was a bit sticky and for some reason a child's plaster had been left stuck to the inside of the door!
