Staff were excellent

On top of hotel price you have to pay £25 parking. So that was an extra 50pound as I met my friend there and we both had a car

"Great stay: Best hotel breakfast I've had and the most comfy bed."

Lovely hotel. Fantastic shower and the most comfortable of beds. Really nice decor. The best hotel breakfast I have ever had. It was an English breakfast buffet, but everything was delicious and tasted as it had been cooked to order. Great coffee.

Nothing to dislike. Superb.

We really like the reception staff, very polite. Especially Joanna, very patient and extremely polite :) We had a small problem with the air conditioning and quickly the hotel gave us the solution! Great performance of the staff, I would recommend it to friends. And a good job from the Housekeeping team too.

Not having autonomy to control the air conditioning.
