Room was nice and spacious. I’m not sure about the housekeeping, gone all day (9am-4:30pm) and room still wasn’t cleaned until 6pm. Breakfast was cool, and accommodation was well.

The bed was comfy and the room was clean.

It takes time for the elevator to respond to your "call" in your floor. The fixtures in the bedroom and bathroom need to be replaced or upgraded. For example, the water in the sink or the bathtub takes some time to drain. There is no spare socket for my laptop near the desk; if I want to recharge it, I need to unplug the lampshade. The room is too dark for times that I need to work in my room. A sleek study lamp would give more space to the desk and enable me to work with more lighting. The cabinet handle in my room needs to be checked. The hardware sometimes gets detached when you move the cabinet door. For sustainability, I would like to suggest that you give the guests the option to reuse the towels and bedsheets by having us put a sign on bed or the bathroom to indicate that we want to reuse or replace them (as the case may be).

Midas Hotel in Manila offered an excellent experience at a very reasonable price. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded, which made my stay even better. Since I was attending a conference, I was only concerned about the room, and it did not disappoint. The room was spacious, with a stunning skyline view of the iconic Manila sunset. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, with cozy sheets and great pillows that ensured a restful sleep. The setup was modern and well-maintained, which made it a pleasant retreat after a busy day. My only minor gripe was the shower-in-bathtub setup, which I’m not a fan of, but it didn’t take away from the overall comfort of the stay. For what I needed, I couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort and value in Manila.

Bright and wonderful service from all staff. Great ambience in the lobby. Nice feel to hotel overall. Casino was functional but low end. Area around venue seemed a bit sketchy

The carpet of room is too old.

The locations is just near airport, food selection of breakfast was great too, room was spacious enough, staff were nice too.

The executive suites are great!!! The hotel is conveniently located. The staff are very accommodating and attentive especially Cindy who’s one of the managers. She made made sure that my concerns were addressed and made my stay more comfortable.
