I'll begin with the positive aspects: the check-in process was seamless, and the staff, from the concierge to the front desk agents, were incredibly helpful. The room service food was timely and enjoyable, with generous portions that offered great value for money. However, there are several areas that require attention for improvement. The carpet is showing signs of wear, the bathroom tile grouting has developed mold, and the air vents are quite dusty. Additionally, the toilet flush is broken, and the electrical socket is incompatible with the kettle in the room. It would also be beneficial for the room service staff to promptly inform guests about unavailable items during order-taking to manage expectations. There were issues with the lavatory faucet not providing hot water, and the shower head was defective. I also want to point out the inconsistency in how the security deposit was handled. While my sister received her deposit back without issue after checking out of the first room, my brother was asked for an authorization letter for the second room, despite being a guest checking out and sharing the same family name. This inconsistency was inconvenient and not guest-friendly, ultimately detracting from our departure experience and overshadowing the remaining pleasant memories we had from our stay at Midas.

Improve the static grounded pbx. Sound proof or noise reduction since its near airport, have jacuzzi and indoor pool

The first floor smells like cigarettes.

They try to charge me for smoking in the room 15000 pesos I am non smoker .. they did try to find evidence in the room … Of course they could not find any thing. I was just about to call the police, as they would not let me go .. So it’s be very carful … they try to rip you off big time
