Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa

Great location, great team. Love the resort feel and even better, the sustainability efforts to provide water bottles, refilling stations and reusable tote bag. Rooms were comfortable and clearly some updates have been put in with build in USB-C charging points. Internet access was very speedy, even for a large property.

The staff was nice, friendly, and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and clean. The property was under construction and would not have stayed if it was made known at the time of the booking. The pool is very small for the size of the property. Motel 6 size. The pictures of the property made it seem as if it was on the beach. Even though it was close, you still have to cross a major street. The property is in front of a police station. Sirens were heard day and night.

Be very careful, they keep teying to charge my credit card and room credit. I went down and talked to Grace and she insured it was taken care of, but it was not. We booked the trip through Costco Travel and felt there would be no problems. They keep trying to charge my card again. Please save your receipts and watch your credit card….

Perfect location! In front of the beach and surrounded by stores, cafeterias. A round of applause to the staff who makes us feel welcomed at every single corner of the hotel. The room and bathroom were super clean. I would definitely be a guest again at this Hyatt.

Loved our stay, thank you to Mr.HJ Lee for the explorist suite upgrade! We had a very beautiful view of waikiki beach and kalakaua avenue. Looking forward to next year! Hopefully...

The service and the people that work here are the reason for the rating. Jamie at the front desk was phenomena- a rock star. She answered all my questions and didn't make me feel rushed. Check-in line was long, but went quickly. Jamie made suggestions for local eats based on what I was looking for. Location is perfect. The beach is across the street- as close as you can get. The hotel is dated. The rooms are clean and roomy, but dated. The pool is a "pool." If you don't need a car, don't do it. Parking is pricey and in a very narrow parking structure. Some escalators were not working and there was construction on-going during our stay. Overall, Jamie's welcome and check-in reminded me why we choose Hyatt. Price point reasonable for location, room size, and accessibility.

Really convenient location, staff is great, love the towel vending machines. Went with family of four and enjoyed the cultural activities and morning yoga!

Parking is a nightmare- garage across the street is extremely tight and difficult to navigate.
