"Extremely convenient and staff were very pleasant"

The location was perfect, although I think I would have preferred a lower level The staff were extremely kind.

The sliding glass door to the patio did not seal properly so it was extremely loud with the wind trying to get through so me and my daughter had to sleep with the door cracked, which did alleviated the extremely loud noise. The hotel was also under some sort of renovation, which I wasn't aware of.

"Prime location, ask about construction"

Fabulous staff, great location, but CONSTRUCTION outside our room from 7am to 6pm Monday through Friday. Saws, beeping trucks, construction workers yelling to eachother.

"Excellent stay with extraordinary views"

Location is excellent! Self parking at the hotel is a huge challenge. Steep drive up so be careful. Lots of shops inside the hotel, very lively and buzzing through the night. I felt water replenishment was a bit of a challenge sometimes

"Paradise"

Hotel is in a great location within walking distance of the beach and shopping/dining places. Wonderful staff, very clean and had great view of the ocean from our balcony.

"Great Family Friendly Hotel"

Spent 3 nights here with my family. We had a great time! The kids enjoyed the beach that was easily accessible directly across the street from the hotel. The hotel overall exceeded our expectations.

"Birthday Treat"

Great location and excellent staff who were extremely helpful. Enjoyed the large room and a good view from our balcony. Bit noisey whilst there due to construction nearby and works being carried out on the premises. Yes we would return on another vacation.
