This hotel is worth every bit of its price. Incredible location. Everyone in my party agreed there is not a better hotel downtown with access to the Alamo, riverwalk, several restaurants and activities. Hotel is beautiful, rooms were comfortable. I had one room with an Alamo view. There is construction going on but it’s for the improving the Alamo area. I would 100% stay here again. I have the privilege of traveling for leisure often, and my stay here was the best hotel experience that I’ve had since my stay in Paris. Because of this stay, I would definitely keep an eye out for a Hyatt Regency in my future travels.

Proximity to attractions was excellent. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Clean very visible and pleasant open area. Available fresh flavors of drinking waters.

Outside noise

What a great hotel, good bang for the buck, clean comfy room & the staff was very helpful, location location location! It makes a great home base from where to explore San Antonio : )

Clean & convenient

Outside noise. But not the hotel’s fault

Very clean and convenient hotel. My kids loved the ice cream shop on site and we sat and watched zootopia while we indulged. Love that it's directly on the Riverwalk.
