Great location, beautiful design and super friendly and helpful staff.

I booked the corner room and didn’t realize it was referring to an inside corner. Only downside is you didn’t have an outside view only a window facing the interior of the hotel. Not terribly bad, but it would’ve been nice to know at the time of booking.

"Hyatt Regency Hotels Are Some of My Favorite! Amazing Location For Our Family!"

I always enjoy staying at Hyatt Regency hotels. This hotel stands out more than others I would say! My wife and I visited for a short vacation with our two toddlers. The hotel is great for all ages in my opinion. The hotel and amenities are beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay! You can't beat the location. You step out directly onto the riverwalk of downtown San Antonio. Found some amazing food just a 3 minute walk from our hotel. The parking team, bellman, concierge, check-in attendants were all very professional and I genuinely felt comfortable in this hotel. We stayed in an Atrium suite and it was worth the extra money! It gave us some separation and privacy as we're traveling with the toddlers. A standard two bed hotel room would've been great though! Highly recommend you stay for a visit, especially if you're a Hyatt rewards member, there's so many perks nationwide. Jesus bless whoever reads this!

I had a wonderful stay. The location, directly on the River Walk, was amazing. My concerns for safety or worries that the typical downtown nonsense most hotels located in large cities are saddled with these days would hamper my stay was alleviated by the staff and security measures built into the property. Thank you for a great time!
