Entering the hotel using the code was easy. A very sweet girl kindly welcomed us at the entrance and relieved some of the stress and claustrophobia that this industrial building causes when passing through its long corridors. The room was very spacious and clean and mostly quiet. I was not bothered, as written in quite a few reviews, by noise from the adjacent rooms or the rooms above us. Noise from the street did not bother us either. The location of the hotel is wonderful. About a 10-minute walk to Broadway. The area is safe to walk. We walked back and forth every day without fear. In summary, the price is reasonable and the room is really nice. I would not hesitate to return to it.

Cleanliness could be improved a bit. The shelves in the kitchen were a bit dusty and hair from the previous tenants had not been cleaned in the bathroom.

Check in was a breeze-the unit # and code for entry to building and unit were sent by email. There is someone at a front desk if you have any questions. The area was safe and we had no problems walking to and from broadway and The Ryman. The bed was comfy and the unit was clean!

This apartment is amazing and so large. Very modern, centrally located, very quiet, and all amenities, including washer and dryer.

The tenants above our apartment were extremely noisy!! At 2AM it sounded like they were having a party, at 4AM they were literally nailing something into the wall!! Made it very difficult to sleep and we ended up leaving the property at 4:30AM since we weren’t getting any sleep.

Interesting; self-managed (you need a smart phone, no 'keys' to lose), utilitarian with cement floors, minalmist/modern furniture, 'flats' have the amenities you need to be self-sufficent (sink, water, fridge/freezer, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker), Wi-Fi, TV. Location close to State Capitol building, downtown.

The location is fabulous! My husband and I were in town for a concert and we were able to walk to and from the Bridgestone Arena! The concept of having a whole apartment as a hotel room was very cool!

Cleanliness and updated appliances/fixtures was a huge problem. I pulled out a towel from the bathroom drawer that had oil/grease stains all over it. The shower head poured out water from behind and the pressure was very weak.
