Location great for Broadway and Publix. Comfortable beds and linens

Unit was not clean. Dusty and dirty. Windows not insulated so unit was cold and very noisy, especially in the morning. Bathroom grout was covered in mildew, toilet was not cleaned around surfaces and kitchen items dirty, greasy. Coffee mugs chipped and unable to use, also had coffee marks on them from past use. Floors dirty.

Large apartment all to ourselves. Comfortable bed, bathroom was large, shower had OK pressure. Great kitchen amenities including a kettle.

Many dust bunnies could be found on the floor especially in the living room. While there was cutlery in the kitchen, a lot of it was dirty or rusty. The biggest problem was the AC: it was extremely loud, so much so that it woke us up at night. The temperature was also hard to control, we were only able to set a range (68-72F) so it would go from hot to cold. Parking was 40$ a night! Ridiculous.

The staffs were all friendly and accommodating. The location was great, the room was spacious and cleaned. My friends and I had a great time staying here.

The location was great! Walking distance from Broadway but far enough for it to be quiet. It was also close to the daytime tourist sites. The apartment was very well equipped and really large.

The fact that they charge 40$ a night for parking. Also - the rugs in the apartment move very easily and I felt were a safety hazard.

I've stayed at this property many times for business. It is conveniently located in downtown and close to my corporate headquarters. Easy to walk to work and to restaurants. The rooms are spacious, decorated nicely, with comfortable beds, and clean. As much as I love this property, some of the amenities I used to enjoy are no longer provided. There is no longer an app that I can use on my phone to manage my stay at this property. This is a definite need and I hope they bring it back. You also used to get two bottles of water upon arrival in the room - but those seem to no longer be provided. After traveling all day, it was always nice to have bottled water waiting for me in the room. Internet access is terrible - I've never had good internet access during any of my stays on this property. I typically end up using the hotspot on my phone. Internet access needs a serious upgrade. Also, the TVs in the room only offer streaming access - no access to local or network programming. Finally, the TVs are newer, but super cheap - and they have limited audio output quality. When the heat or air comes on, you can't hear the TV - even when it is set on high. I love staying at this property, and will continue to stay there. But I wish they would upgrade the internet and TVs to at least be on par with other hotels.

Great location, privacy and overall very pleasant experience staying at the Mint House, Liked a lot external fireplace area, wonderful place to unwind. Will be back again.
