Staff was nice and friendly. Location was good close to Oak Brook Center. Condition of hotel shows signs of neglect in rooms and in the lobby. There was tape holding down carpet in the lobby. Scotch tape holding together wallpaper in my room. Tub/Shower plastic was peeling off, tiles broken, etc. Comforter was slightly stained. Not a great look. Fine for me staying one night I guess.

I will never return at this property very dirty, very unprofessional very unsafe. The only two I will give a shout out to is Crystal and Robin for trying to help me in this situation I went through.
