Very helpful and friendly staff.Especially when, for some reason, the reservation wasn't confirmed for this weekend but a year from now! Room was very comfortable and clean.

Lack of plugs and recharging on one side of the bed.

Views of the river are very good.

However, I got room which had views of river only from the balcony despite me having booked river view rooms. Buffet Breakfast had same items over 4 days of my stay. Also my USD 400 deducted at the time of check in is still not refunded to my card account despite reminder at the time of check out.
