Everyone was super nice and helpful

I want to give a special thank you to Areceli, the front desk receptionist, for her exceptional service during our recent stay. At 4 a.m., I found myself unable to sleep due to a humid smell in our room. It wasn’t foul, but as someone with chronic sinusitis who’s used to having air purifiers, it made me uncomfortable. Areceli immediately assisted me with kindness and professionalism, finding us another room that was fresh and comfortable despite the challenges of being in an older building. To make up for the inconvenience, she even provided a $25 voucher to use in the hotel’s dining area. My husband and I truly appreciated how pleasant, understanding, and accommodating she was throughout the entire process. Her thoughtful approach turned a potential sleepless night into a much more comfortable experience. Areceli is a wonderful example of excellent hospitality!

Great location; 2 blocks away from the Convention Center. The rooms are clean and quiet.

So pleased to be able to choose our rooms on early check-in via Hilton Honours app. Nice, clean and newly furnished spacius room. They have "Evelyn Crabtree" shampoo and body gel!

We were very disappointed with our stay at the Fort Worth Hilton. We chose Hilton for its strong reputation but encountered several issues that made our experience frustrating. Parking was only available via valet, which was not made clear during booking. Additionally, our rental car was damaged while in valet care, and the hotel had no camera footage to investigate. We had to file a claim and were given inconsistent information about the process, which has been stressful to deal with from out of the country. The room did not match what was advertised—it lacked expected modern features, and housekeeping was poor (only the beds were made, with trash and the bathroom left untouched). We were also disappointed to learn there was no pool, something we would have expected at a hotel of this level. While staff were friendly, communication was inconsistent, and we often received conflicting information. Overall, this was not the quality of stay we’ve come to expect from Hilton. I would not return to this location.

Steve the food and beverage director was OUTSTANDING and made me feel so valued, he remembered my name the entire 7 days I stayed at the Fort Worth Hilton and assisted my every need with a smile and special grace! I felt so loved to be honest! And Mohamad the manager and his staff were excellent and professional and assisted my every need with promptness and respect even when I was demanding because of sleep deprivation from flight delays. Alana, Henry and all the staff from 7/27-8/3 were tops and I am already planning to come again next year for the Kenneth Copeland SW Believers convention and will definitely book with this hotel again. I like a place that remembers my name! Made me feel special. I give y'all a 10 out of 10! Loved the King size bed and loved the cool tiling in the bathroom and how the shower became hot in 60 seconds. The cleaning staff were sweet and kind to work with also. I'm from Greenwich, Connecticut and it was my first time visiting Fort Worth and what a pleasant stay it was! Sincerely thankful, Kristen Burleson

The draw is the JFK Memorial (historical aspect) and walkability to restaurants. I did not like the ice situation. There should be ice machines on every floor. Also, had a few issues with cleaning. When we told them we were getting dressed to come back later they never did (and no I did not have a sign on my door). Had to ask and it still wasn't cleaned. Asked again and they cleaned it. In other words, they were going to pass me by if they could not clean when it was convenient for them. Finally the charge for breakfast is excessive. We have money but don't like burning it so we did not even try. Finally, what happened to your happy hour you used to have? To stay competitive in the future, you better reconsider the elimination of these perks compared to other nearby hotels. I have stayed there many times before but this time I would just say it was just 'OK'.

One of the rooms the air did not work properly, so it was very hot and never cooled down. The other room the air had a bad smell and it was shooting over the bed. So we slept with an odor similar to dirty feet all night. We did not like the pillows. Disappointed in how the front desk handled my complaint about the air in both rooms. The parking fee is high.
