This is a great location for activities at the convention center. It is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly.

Make certain to pay attention to what they charge your credit card compared to what your receipt says. Mine did not and still do not match. I talked with 2 different hotel staff members and neither have been helpful. I highly recommend staying at the Hiton instead of the Hyatt if attending the convention center!

Staff was very friendly and location was good. property is dated and a bit dark, but the room as well appointed and clean.

Room needed updates and more modern charging ports. More outlets and bedside table was shaky.

Stayed here for a conference I attended, the room and hotel is beautiful. The overall experience of the conference and the hotel was fair to poor. They had another event going on at the same time which they did not appear to be staffed enough to handle two large events at one time. This resulted in long wait times for the elevator and made eating in the hotel difficult.

Hyatt downtown Columbus has the best staff. Front desk was friendly, provided assistance and efficient at check in for large event. The Breakfast was a perfect start to each day with pleasant staff and always smiling and offering assistance on hotel history and places to visit in Columbus area.

Great hotel with an awesome team on-site. Makes me want to trade in my Marriott Lifetime Titanium Elite for the Hyatt equivalent - that great.

Good Downtown Location, Nice Clean Rooms, Connected right to the convention center and to lots of descent food options. Would stay there again.

Extremely clean hotel. Comfortable bed. Extremely kind and hospitable staff. Reasonable prices at restaurant and bar.
