Hyatt Regency Milwaukee

Location is excellent,close to everything a visitor would want. Very clean property with a very pleasant staff. My go to hotel in Milwaukee.

Horrible Valet experience..,Hotel uses 3rd party, so who is actually responsible? HOTEL or VALET, that is the question

close to the arena, walking distance to entertainment.

Paying 38.00 for parking when you pay for a room is not right.

Close to majority of things such as the fiserv arena, uwm panther arena, miller theater, and the pabst theatre. Customer service was tremendous. We’ve dealt with difficulties trying to use Airbnb and the front desk staff made everything quick and easy getting a last minute room on two separate occasions! Can’t thank them enough

Parking prices. Starbucks closing quite early. Some tad bit outdated tvs in rooms. Toilets are slightly lower than standard toilets

Hyatt is always a good experience, but this trip was less than normal delvietedby the Hyatt chain. The shower was poor pressure and no ability to increase the spray, and the bed made me think I wasn't in a Hyatt hotel. Worst bed ever. I could feel and hear the springs in the mattress when I laid down. The beds are normally so firm and comfortable. Neither of us slept well. We ironically voice the same opinion about the bed and shower without an initial conversation after showering individually.

I really liked the location in relation to the Fiserv Forum where we were attending an event.

The bed was not the caliber of bed I've slept in while visiting numerous other Hyatt locations. The feeling of the springs and the sound even of them when sitting on the bed or getting up after laying in the bed was a far cry from other Hywtt locations.

Directly attached to the convention center - so great location for the event I was attending.

Parking was very expensive. Also the walkway to the convention center (which was an advantage of the location) seemed to close at random times - making it necessary to brave the snow (usually without a coat) and walk several blocks to return to the hotel. Very strange and frankly stupid. Also, the internet at the hotel was very poor - seems to be throttled down to require you to pay a daily fee to get faster speed. That just struck me as cheap and unworthy of a value- based hotel brand.
