"Nickeled, dimed, rude and not very convenient"

Be prepared. Parking is not free and is expensive. Valet is rude. Only a single luggage cart is available and a staff member has to walk with you to make sure they get it back. Felt like you were an annoyance and they just wanted to take your money and kick you out as quickly as possible.

Arrived before check in and to my surprise my room was ready. Used the valet car parking which was easy and stress free. Hotel staff very nice.

"Don't stay here."

No complimentary water at check-in - and then they wanted $6 for a 12oz bottle! Totally unacceptable. Lobby had a Starbucks 0 but it closed at 5pm!! The restaurant and bar also closed before 10pm - unacceptable to someone attending a 2,000+ conference at the adjacent conference center. Rooms were outdated - bathroom had a combo tub and shower that was slippery to stand in and needed a bathmat to use. No bathrobes provided. Would not stay there again (especially with a Hilton and Marriott (Springhill Suites) next door.

"Comfortable Conference Hotel in downtown MKE"

great conference hotel in downtown Milwaukee. Convenience is its greatest asset. the team was surprisingly engaged and helpful in all areas. biggest deficit is the hotel is showing signs of age and could use a facelift.
