"Lack of quality."

Good location. Comfortable bed. Good fridge.

Staff was rude, judgy. Room was dirty. Multiple bugs. Not enough towels. Replacement towels had stains. Mold and mildew in the restroom. Ice machine were old and had rust all around it. Couldn’t imagine how the inside of the ice machine was.

"Terrible, Dirty, Unpleasant"

Not much- the location, that’s about it

It was dirty, the first night we had to change our sheets ourselves because they gave us stained sheets with hairs left on them. The room was not very clean and neither was the whole entire hotel. One morning we went to breakfast and there was a long hair in the gravy spoon holder. On top of that, they cancelled our friends room on the busiest time to book and then refused to make it right, so they drove five hours to have no where to stay. They were unprofessional and rude and we will NOT be back

The pool was nice and the breakfast beds was comfortable

The fridge didn't work hairdryer didn't work my 5 yr old son found empty beer cans behind his bed I'm so happy they were empty asked them to turn on the fridge since nob was broken for two days didn't get that also asked for them for an extra blanket ended up waiting on that the only thing I could get from them was replacing towels and not having a fridge for the few days made me have to spend way more money because I have children it was an inconvenience

"A pleasant stay."

Breakfast was good and staff made sure there was enough as guest came. Pool and gym facilities looked clean and well maintained.

No complaints.
