"Pitiful"

Initial staff person was very helpful.

I was on 4th floor with my wife. Elevators broke and forced to use DoorDash. I had to carry our luggage down 4 flights. I’m 78. Desk staff just smirked when I asked for help. They ran out of coffee by 9am and made no effort to make more. Very disappointing experience.

Great hotel for the price! The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was surprisingly good with plenty of options. Overall, a very pleasant stay and excellent value for the money. Would definitely stay here again.

It was Clean. The breakfast was very good. I liked the staff. Especially in the mornings.

It was noisy because of the road nearby. And a few things that were expected to be provided by the hotel, such as slippers, weren't provided. But I told them and they said they will provided in near future. But it wasn't a big deal.
