Hyatt Regency Long Beach

Good atmosphere, very clean and tidy. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

I didn’t like the plastic cutlery and cardboard boxes the food was served in.

Overall a very poor Hyatt in relation to others. There is no restaurant here. Unbelievable for a full service Hyatt. The service was pretty horrible and unlike other Hyatts that go the extra mile to make the guest happy.

A great hotel in an ideal location. Harbour views are exceptional. Alcoholic drinks are expensive. However a lovely hotel in all aspects.

Property was good, numerous fees brought up price to ridiculous price for a 2 night stay, doubled the price

I stayed here for my 5 year anniversary, and since it was so expensive I was expecting more. Baseboard's in the room were dirty, the mattress had stains, and the room was over all small. They also didn’t mention to me that parking in the parking structure is not free even if you’re staying there, and it will come out of your deposit. You can also hear the people staying next you like they’re in the room with you! The view was nice though.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Long Beach and had a very positive experience overall. The location is one of the hotel’s biggest strengths being right by the waterfront made it easy to walk to nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. The views, especially at sunset, were a real highlight. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light and a great view of the harbor . Service was consistently friendly and professional. The front desk staff were welcoming and efficient during check-in, and any questions I had were handled quickly. It felt like the staff genuinely cared about making the stay enjoyable. Amenities were solid Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Long Beach, whether for business or leisure. It offers a great combination of comfort, location, and service, and I would happily stay here again.

Nothing

As soon as I get there the desk girl couldn’t find my reservations it took so long almost 30 minutes before she asked for help. The other young lady found it within minutes. The girl had a really bad attitude. She didn’t even tell us where the elevator was she just gave us the key and send our way. Every other customer was getting bottle water she didn’t even provide it. She keep referring to my wife as she was my daughter we corrected her several times and told her that’s my wife. She then said ok u need two beds for ur mom and u right?? I was getting frustrated at that point and walk away. I will never go back there. It was my wife and mine 7th year wedding anniversary’s.
