"The Park Hyatt Chicago is my favorite!"

The Park Hyatt Chicago is my favorite Chicagoland Hotel. Everything about this location is on point. Everyone from the Valets to the front desk staff, housekeeping and restaurant staff are top notch. We always look forward to staying here. Well-appointed rooms. Fantastic views. I can't say enough.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were immaculate and so comfortable. The food at the restaurant was amazing. It was a very easy walk to many restaurants and shopping and activities. It said a great location.

"Overlooking the Magnificent Mile, a Magnificent Chicago Hotel Experience"

A beautiful hotel to enjoy the Holiday lights, shopping and dining in Chicago. From the moment you enter the lobby you get first class treatment. Hospitality at its best! The family suite typically includes treats for little ones, but traveling with a teenager typically means they are forgotten -- not at the Park Hyatt! She was greeted with candy & snacks any teenager would devour! The service was amazing - they think of everything. And when I needed something, they jumped to help. We even forgot an item in the room and within minutes of reaching out, three different people responded and found the item. While NoMi restaurant is a treat - so, too is the Champagne bar in the lobby. Really wonderful way to start the holidays!

"The Park Hyatt crushed it!"

We've stayed at the best hotels in Chicago, and the Park Hyatt is now our favorite. We had several rooms and suites for my daughter's wedding, and all of them were amazing! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making everything perfect. We had brunch at Nomi the Sunday after the wedding, and it was outstanding. We'll be back!

"Excellent hotel and location"

If you hate elegance and class, avoid this hotel. It is stunningly beautiful and the staff is exceptionally helpful. I loved that I could walk to restaurants and shopping centers easily. I also easily walked to the lake to run down the lake path. What a location! What a hotel!

5-star hotel on the Magnificent Mile. On site restaurant has a great view of the lake. The rooms are a little small. Not as sound proofed as I would expect for a hotel of this caliber. But, overall, a great hotel. Would highly recommend.
